Credit packs#
An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack can no longer be refunded.
Pro#
A Pro plan can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if no job has been run with it.
Failed or refused jobs#
You are never charged for a job that fails or that we refuse. Credits held for it are released automatically, so there is nothing to request.
How the money comes back#
Card purchases are processed by our reseller Polar, the merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Vietnamese bank transfers are refunded to the sending account within 7 business days.
Card refunds and your credits#
If Polar refunds a card payment in full, the credits of that purchase that you have not used are removed from your wallet, and a refunded Pro plan ends. Credits you already used stay used.
A partial refund, or a full refund of credits you have already used, is reviewed by our team, who write to you by email.
Bank transfers we can’t match#
A transfer with the wrong amount, a wrong or missing payment code, or one that arrives after the order’s payment time is held and not credited. We contact you within 1 business day and either complete the order or refund the transfer to the sending account.
