1. The service#
PinchPDF provides online PDF tools: compress, merge, split, organize pages and convert images. You don’t need an account to use them.
2. Your content#
You keep all rights to your files and are responsible for having the right to process them. We only process files at your request, delete them automatically (24 hours on the free tier, 3 days with credits, 7 days with Pro, or 30 days if you choose to keep a file) and never use them to train AI.
3. Free runs and credits#
Free tier: 5 free credits per day, which expire at the next daily reset, and free merge, split, organize and image tools for files ≤ 20 MB / 100 pages, up to 3 files at a time. Gifted credits cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Purchases and payment#
Credit packs and Pro plans are paid in VND by bank transfer (Vietnam) or in USD by card (international). Prices are shown before you pay and nothing is charged until you complete the payment. Purchased credits do not expire; a Pro plan gives access for the number of days shown at purchase.
Bank transfer: pay the exact amount and write the payment code from checkout as the transfer note, within the time shown (30 minutes; you can reopen an order). Credits are added automatically when the transfer is recognised. A transfer with a different amount, a wrong or missing code, or one that arrives after that time is held for review: nothing is credited automatically, and we sort it out with you by email, usually within 1 business day, by completing the order or refunding the transfer.
Card: card payments are sold and processed by Polar.sh as merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record, collects the payment and applicable taxes and issues your receipt. Refunds follow the refund policy.
5. Account#
Signing in with Google is optional and keeps your wallet across devices. We send transactional emails only (receipts, security alerts, replies to support) and no marketing. Please don’t attach or paste documents in support requests.
6. Fair use#
Don’t use automation to bypass limits and don’t upload unlawful content. We may limit or suspend free runs when we detect abuse.
7. Digitally signed files#
Creating a copy with the digital signature removed is your choice. The copy is stamped with a note on every page, is for viewing or archiving only and doesn’t replace the signed original. This is honest labelling, not an anti-tampering measure.
8. Limitation of liability#
We work to preserve quality, but you should check results before submitting documents. Upload limits set by recipients can change, and we don’t guarantee a recipient will accept a file.
9. Changes#
The terms are versioned; your acceptance is recorded when your wallet first receives credits or when you sign in.
