    How it works

How to rotate, delete or reorder PDF pages

    1. Drop your PDF

Thumbnails of every page appear right away, drawn in your browser.

    2. Rotate or delete

Each thumbnail has its own rotate and delete buttons, so you can fix one sideways page without touching the rest.

    3. Reorder

Drag pages into the order you need. Deleted pages stay visible until you apply, so you can restore them.

    4. Apply and download

Press Apply changes and download the organized file from your results page.

    Why it’s different

Page editing that respects your file

    Local preview

Thumbnails are drawn in your browser; nothing is uploaded until you press Apply changes.

    Lossless

Rotating, deleting and reordering never re-compresses page content, so quality stays exactly the same.

    Forgiving

Deleted pages stay visible and can be restored before you apply, so a slip of the finger costs nothing.

    Good to know

When do I need to organize PDF pages?

Mostly after scanning. Feeders pull pages in the wrong order, phone scans come out sideways, and blank backs of single-sided pages end up in the file. A reviewer who has to turn their head or hunt for page 3 is more likely to send the document back.

It also helps before sending: remove pages the recipient doesn’t need, such as internal notes or a cover sheet, and the file gets lighter too.

Is my file uploaded while I edit?

No. Thumbnails are drawn on your device from the file in your browser. The file is uploaded only when you press Apply changes, and the result is deleted automatically like every other job.

Does rotating or deleting pages lower the quality?

No. Rotation changes how a page is displayed, and deleting or reordering changes which pages the file contains and in what order. The page content itself is never re-compressed, so text and images look exactly as before.

    Organize, then compress or split

Organizing works well as the first step. Clean up the order and remove what isn’t needed, then compress the file for an upload limit or split it into separate documents. Fewer pages also mean a smaller compressed file.

How do I fix pages that are upside down or sideways?

Rotate them on their thumbnails until they are upright; every page has its own rotate button, so the rest of the document stays as it is. Rotation only changes which way the page is shown; its content stays as it is, so the page stays as sharp as before and shows the right way up in any PDF reader, on a phone as well as on a computer.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Is my file uploaded while I edit?

No. Thumbnails are drawn on your device. The file is uploaded only when you press Apply changes, and the result is deleted automatically afterwards.

Can I rotate a single page?

Yes. Every thumbnail has its own rotate and delete buttons, so you can turn one sideways page without changing the others.

Can I undo a deleted page?

Yes, until you apply. Deleted pages stay visible as thumbnails and can be restored with one tap. After applying, simply start again from your original file, which is never changed.

Can I add pages from another PDF?

Not in this tool. Combine the files with Merge PDF first, then open the merged file here to put every page in the right place.

What happens with digitally signed PDFs?

Anything that rewrites a PDF breaks its digital signature, so signed files are flagged when you add them and are left unchanged. If you only need a copy to read or archive, you can opt in to an unsigned copy. It is marked on every page and does not replace your signed original.

Is it free? What are the limits?

Yes. This tool is free for files up to 20 MB and 100 pages, up to 3 files at a time. Bigger files cost a small number of credits, shown before you run anything. No sign-up is needed.
