    How it works

How to convert JPG to PDF

    1. Add your images

Drop JPG or PNG files, or choose them from your phone’s photo library.

    2. Set the order

Pages follow the list order. Move images up or down until the sequence is right.

    3. Choose page size and margin

Match each page to its image, or use A4 or Letter, and set a margin in millimetres if you want white space around the image.

    4. Create the PDF

Download one PDF with a page per image from your results page.

    Why it’s different

    Photos in, document out

    No re-compression

JPG files go into the PDF unchanged, and PNG images keep their full quality.

    Paper or image size

Pick A4 or Letter for printing and forms, or let each page match its image.

    Phone friendly

Pick straight from your gallery, even inside the browsers built into chat apps.

    Good to know

Why turn photos into a PDF?

Many forms accept only PDF, and a single document is easier to review than ten loose photos. Typical cases: both sides of an ID card, a receipt for an expense claim, a handwritten form photographed with a phone, or a set of certificates that must go in one upload.

    Will my images lose quality?

No. JPG images are placed into the PDF unchanged, so they look exactly like the photos you added. PNG images keep their full quality. The trade-off is size: a PDF of full-resolution phone photos can be large. If it is too big for an upload form, compress it as a next step.

Which page size should I choose?

Choose A4 or Letter when the PDF will be printed or submitted where a standard paper size is expected; the image is fitted to the page. Choose Match image size when you just want each photo as its own page without white borders. A margin adds even white space around each image.

    Tips for photographing documents

Lay the paper flat in daylight, hold the phone straight above it and fill the frame. Avoid flash, which leaves glare on glossy paper and stamps. Photograph each side of an ID card separately, then put the images in order here so the front comes first. More tips are in phone photos to PDF.

The PDF is too big to upload. What now?

Photos from modern phones are large, so a PDF of a few pictures can pass a form’s limit. Open the PDF in Compress PDF, choose a size such as 2 MB, and check the preview of your own page before you run it. Converting first and compressing second keeps one clean step per job, and if the file can’t get smaller you get it back free.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

    Do the images lose quality?

No. JPG images are embedded unchanged and PNG images keep their full quality. The PDF looks exactly like your photos; compress it afterwards only if it is too big to upload.

    Which formats are supported?

JPG/JPEG and PNG. Photos in other formats, such as HEIC from some phones, need to be saved or shared as JPG first; most phones can do that from the share menu.

How many images can I convert for free?

Up to 20 images per PDF for free. Larger jobs cost a few credits, and the price is shown before you run anything.

Can I put two photos on one page?

Not at the moment: each image becomes its own page. For both sides of an ID card, add the front and the back as two images; they end up as two consecutive pages in one PDF.

How long do you keep my files?

Files are deleted automatically 24 hours after processing on the free tier, 3 days with credits and 7 days with Pro. You can press “Delete now” at any time, or keep a file 30 days for 2 credits. Only you can download files from your results page, unless you create a share link yourself (up to 24 hours or until the file is deleted, and you can revoke it). Files are never sent by email.

    Do I need an account?

No. PinchPDF works in your browser without sign-up. Credits, if you buy them later, belong to this browser; signing in with Google is optional and only moves your wallet to another device.
