The built-in browsers of chat and social apps can block file downloads or Google sign-in. Open the link in your phone’s browser instead.
How to open it#
- Android: tap the three dots at the top and choose “Open in browser”.
- iPhone: tap “…” and choose “Open in Safari”.
- Or tap “Copy link” and paste it into Chrome or Safari.
